About The Position

The Department of Athletics at California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB) is seeking a Part-Time Coaching Assistant for the Baseball program, specifically focusing on the Pitching Coach role. This position operates under the supervision of the Head Baseball Coach and is responsible for being a primary contact for student-athlete recruitment. The role involves assisting in all facets of a NCAA Division II Baseball program, including coaching, recruitment, maintaining a strong academic environment, student-athlete enhancement, ensuring compliance with NCAA, conference, and institutional regulations, student retention, managing scholarship and operations budgets, fundraising, organizing practices, and developing season and competition schedules.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of coaching experience at the collegiate level or higher.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• CPR/AED Certification (must be completed within 90 days of hire date).

• Master's Degree.
