About The Position

This position will support the head coach of the wrestling program in developing athletes both on and off the court. The ideal candidate will have a coaching philosophy in line with the Inside Out Coaching Initiative or be willing to be trained in these areas.

Requirements

• Current CPR/AED Certification (hands-on training required, online courses not accepted)
• First Aid Card (hands-on training required, online courses not accepted)
• Coaching Certificate
• NFHS Concussion Certificate
• NFHS Sudden Cardiac Arrest Certificate
• NFHS Heat Illness Certificate
• Knowledge of adolescent psychology
• Valid TB test
• Fingerprint clearance
• Keenan course completions
• All other RJUHSD mandated certificates
• All coach clearance certifications and requirements as stated on the RJUHSD website
• Previous coaching and/or playing experience
• Letter of Introduction
• Resume (Please provide 2-3 references in your resume)
