About The Position
This position will assist the Head Coach in the day to day operations of the Boys Volleyball team. A coaching philosophy and style in alignment with education-based athletics and the Inside Out Coaching Initiative, and/or the willingness to be trained in these areas, is required.
Requirements
- Current CPR/AED Certification
- First Aid Card
- Coaching Certificate
- NFHS Concussion Certificate
- NFHS Sudden Cardiac Arrest Certificate
- NFHS Heat Illness Certificate
- Knowledge of adolescent psychology
- Valid TB test
- Fingerprint clearance
- Keenan course completions
- All other RJUHSD mandated certificates
- All coach clearance certifications and requirements as stated on the RJUHSD website
- First Aid and CPR/AED must be a hand's on training course, we do not accept on-line courses
- Letter of Introduction
- Resume (Please provide at least two (2) references in the resume who have direct knowledge of your coaching experience)
- A coaching philosophy and style in alignment with education-based athletics and the Inside Out Coaching Initiative, and/or the willingness to be trained in these areas
