About The Position

Mento is seeking a Coach Recruiter & Operations Coordinator to build and enhance the systems, workflows, and operations that support their coach community. This role involves attracting, hiring, growing, and retaining top coaches, focusing on creating personalized and scalable processes without compromising the quality of the coach experience. The coordinator will partner cross-functionally to develop an AI-first coach experience engine, balancing people, process, and technology in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be energized by leveraging AI, experimentation, relationship building, and creating improved ways of working.

Use reporting to identify gaps, prioritize improvements, and measure the effectiveness of new approaches.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve coach recruiting, managing the funnel from sourcing to hiring.
Create a thoughtful candidate experience that reflects Mento’s culture and quality standards.
Utilize AI, automation, and data tracking to improve the recruiting process.
Manage the coach journey from offers through onboarding, training, and activation.
Ensure new coaches have a clear, organized, and supportive path to activation.
Improve onboarding and training workflows using AI, automation, templates, and data analysis.
Own day-to-day workflows for the coach community, managing communications, operational requests, documentation, and programs.
Identify trends, gaps, and bottlenecks across the coach lifecycle and develop AI-first solutions.
Partner cross-functionally to improve handoffs, clarify ownership, and ensure timely coach support.
Help operationalize new coach programs, policies, tools, and product changes.
Use AI to redesign recruiting and operational workflows while preserving human judgment and connection.
Build prompts, automations, frameworks, dashboards, and lightweight tools to reduce manual work and improve consistency.
Test new approaches, measure impact, gather feedback, and iterate based on quality, efficiency, and experience.
