Operations & Manufacturing Recruiter
About The Position
Formlabs is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join their team in Somerville, with a focus on supporting their Operations and Manufacturing departments. This role is crucial for addressing interesting supply chain and sourcing challenges and building the best teams to enable Formlabs to achieve its ambitious roadmap. The Recruiting organization at Formlabs is responsible for building top-tier teams across hardware, software, materials, marketing, sales, and servicing. The company is dedicated to identifying and hiring top talent to strengthen its teams and continue developing world-class 3D printing ecosystems.
Requirements
- Full-cycle recruiting experience with operations and manufacturing roles – from sourcing passive candidates to negotiating offers.
- Comfortable navigating an ATS (Greenhouse), CRM (Gem), and Google Sheets.
- Ready to jump in and support hiring needs across the company: tech, marketing, services, sales, finance, manufacturing etc.
- Bias for action and solution-oriented.
- Deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies to find and engage with passive and diverse talent.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with local talent pools (schools, community networks, local events, etc).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to craft unique, effective messaging to candidates.
- Naturally tend towards data to track results, improve process and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Love to establish connections, links and meet new people.

Responsibilities
- Support the business by working and partnering with leaders across the business to find amazing talent passionate about delivering results for customers.
- Engage in full cycle recruiting by sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across multiple departments.
- Provide a best-in-class candidate experience from initial communication to final resolution.
- Recommend and drive improvements to enhance and scale overall recruiting practices.
- Train hiring managers on approaches to networking and great hiring.
