Coach - JV Softball @ Oakmont High School (2026-27)
About The Position
The JV Softball Coach at Oakmont High School will support the head coach in developing student-athletes on and off the field and follow a coaching philosophy aligned with the Inside Out Coaching Initiative. The ideal candidate has experience coaching high school softball and working with high school students. Applicants must provide a Letter of Introduction and a resume that includes 2–3 references. Letters of Recommendation are preferred. First Aid and CPR/AED certifications must come from hands-on training; online courses are not accepted. All coaching clearance certifications and requirements listed by RJUHSD must be met.
Requirements
- Current CPR/AED Certification from a hands-on training course; online courses are not accepted.
- First Aid Card from a hands-on training course; online courses are not accepted.
- Coaching Certificate.
- NFHS Concussion Certificate.
- NFHS Sudden Cardiac Arrest Certificate.
- NFHS Heat Illness Certificate.
- Knowledge of adolescent psychology.
- Valid TB test.
- Fingerprint clearance.
- Keenan course completions.
- All other RJUHSD-mandated certificates and coach clearance requirements.
- Letter of Introduction.
- Resume including 2–3 references.
