About The Position
The Coach will support the head coach of the Oakmont High School Girls Lacrosse program. The ideal candidate has experience working with high school athletes and playing or coaching lacrosse, and has a coaching philosophy aligned with the Inside Out Initiative. Requirements
- Current CPR/AED certification; CPR/AED training must be hands-on, as online courses are not accepted.
- First Aid Card; First Aid training must be hands-on, as online courses are not accepted.
- Coaching Certificate.
- NFHS Concussion Certificate.
- NFHS Sudden Cardiac Arrest Certificate.
- NFHS Heat Illness Certificate.
- Knowledge of adolescent psychology.
- Valid TB test.
- Fingerprint clearance.
- Completion of Keenan courses and all other RJUHSD-mandated certificates.
- All coach clearance certifications and requirements listed on the RJUHSD website.
- Coaching and/or playing experience at a high level in lacrosse.
- Resume including 2–3 references.
Nice To Haves
