About The Position

The head athletic coach develops and maintains an in-school recruiting program. This role involves developing a positive rapport with school staff and the community, working cooperatively with the coordinator of student activities and school administration, and establishing and coordinating the coaching duties and responsibilities of the coaching staff.

Requirements

• Successful coaching experience in the sport.

Nice To Haves

• A minimum of 3 years of experience is preferred.
• Candidates who are eligible for, or hold, a Virginia License with a secondary education endorsement.
