About The Position

Fossil Ridge High School is seeking a Head Coach for the Boys Volleyball program. This position is responsible for leading the team throughout the athletic season. Requirements

Paid years of experience in coaching (up to 5 years considered for stipend calculation).
Understanding of the Athletic Coaching Stipend Schedule.
Commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse environment.
Ability to serve students from all identities, backgrounds, and abilities.

Internal coach (any employee with a schedule contract percentage or hourly assignment for the current school year).

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Boys Volleyball team during the athletic season.
Determine pay based on the Athletic Coaching Stipend Schedule and paid years of experience.

Promote equity, diversity, and inclusion within the athletic program.
