As a Coach Counselor you will have the unique opportunity to create a positive, safe and supportive environment for the youth we serve while building a career rich in growth opportunities and self-fulfillment.
Requirements
- Possess a High School Diploma or GED.
- One-year experience working with at-risk youth in a direct care position OR 60 hours of college education.
- Possess a Driver’s License.
Responsibilities
- Provide security and supervision to always ensure the safety of our Youth.
- Monitor and document behaviors.
- Monitor and join the Youth during Sports and Recreation time.
- Assist and mentor the youth while they learn and develop within the program.
