About The Position

Johnson & Johnson is seeking several co-op positions at their Athens, GA facility. These roles will support areas such as Reliability and Maintenance, Oxidized Regenerative Cellulose Manufacturing (Medical Device), Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, and Manufacturing, Science, & Technology. The co-op program provides students with hands-on experience, coaching, mentoring, and networking opportunities. Participants will work on projects to enhance leadership, analytical, and project management skills, collaborating with cross-functional teams across J&J's sectors. The program offers an interactive team environment to develop capabilities for a strong career foundation. Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited University for the duration of a co-op assignment pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s and/or MBA
  • Minimum GPA of 2.8 is required
  • Completion of Undergraduate Freshmen year at accredited University is required
  • Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills is required
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and initiatives while executing results
  • Must be a self-starter who works independently while contributing to the team goals
  • Must be able to commit to working three rotating semesters (e.g., Fall 2026; Summer 2027, Spring 2028) OR two rotating 6-month rotations (e.g., January – July 2026, January – July 2027).
  • Full time availability (40 hours per week)

  • Excellent communication, presentation skills and leadership skills are preferred
  • Proven leadership/participation with campus programs and/or community service activities is desired
