Co-op, Platform Communications

FIRYLas Vegas, NV
Hybrid

About The Position

This is a hands-on, 360-degree product marketing and communications co-op reporting to the Head of Communications. You will help shape how Skillz introduces new games and features to players, ensuring each launch tells one clear, compelling story across every touchpoint—including in-app messaging, app store listings, user acquisition creative, email, push notifications, social media, Skillz News, help content, and the website. You will own the launch messaging and copy workstream while partnering closely with Product, Marketing, CRM, User Acquisition, and Customer Support. Although channel strategy, audience segmentation, and media buying remain with those teams, you will serve as the connective tissue across them—developing the core positioning, translating it into channel-ready copy, and ensuring every player-facing surface reflects a consistent voice. The program begins with six months of intensive, in-person development at FIRY's Las Vegas headquarters. At month five, your performance will be reviewed against transparent conversion criteria. Successful co-ops may be offered a full-time role in FIRY's New York office, where the position is expected to grow with the company and deepen its connection to the media, agency, financial, and creative communities.
