FIRY is seeking an exceptional graduate student for its inaugural Communications Co-op Rotational Program. This six-month, in-person program at FIRY headquarters in Las Vegas offers direct training with the Head of Communications and collaboration with the Office of the CEO and business leaders. Participants will learn how a public company crafts its narrative, prepares executives, gains attention, and communicates precisely. The role involves hands-on experience drafting CEO communications, executive remarks, press releases, thought leadership, media pitches, briefing materials, and award submissions, with increasing visibility and independence as skills develop. Successful co-ops may be offered a full-time role in FIRY's New York office, with relocation support provided. The program begins with intensive development in Las Vegas, followed by a performance review against conversion criteria. A full-time conversion would involve deepening connections with media, agency, financial, and creative communities.
