About The Position

This co-op position provides developmental opportunities through tasks such as projects, job rotation, hands-on training, and exposure to Schaeffler's manufacturing and technological processes. Participants will be given a project description during onboarding, which may include defining and documenting process parameters, supporting design efforts for product development, and quantifying and leading actions for scrap reduction. The role requires adherence to the current specifications of the Quality Policy and Procedures and contribution to quality objectives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be pursuing an academic degree
• Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication ability (written & verbal)
• Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results
• Assertive approach to solving problems
• Ability to prioritize
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
