The position is based at our Mississauga location, internship from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site. The internship dates are Aug 31 to Dec 18, 2026 (4 months internship).

Requirements

• Be eligible to work in Canada
• Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship
• Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable
• Pursuing a degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken/written)

Nice To Haves

• Project management skills

Responsibilities

• Comply with and actively participate in Safety and Quality policies and initiatives
• Drive and actively participate in continuous improvement projects on the Production shop floor that have a real impact on the company
• Assist to successfully resolve technical issues during engine build/test using CORE principals
• Review Production metrics and address KPI shortfalls with innovative solutions
