The position involves completing monthly quality reports, managing internal and customer data, interfacing with customer champions, validating data accuracy, maintaining SharePoint sites, performing backup roles for customer portals, coordinating training, tracking global teammate training completion, and creating/submitting invoices. The role requires strong computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, the ability to learn internal systems, manage multiple tasks, and possess excellent organizational and planning abilities. The candidate should be flexible, have strong communication and listening skills, be able to compose correspondence with minimal guidance, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate initiative.
