About The Position

This role provides essential administrative support for the Global Quality Department and Corporate Quality Leadership Team. The position involves completing monthly quality reports, managing internal and customer data, interfacing with customer champions, validating data accuracy, maintaining SharePoint sites, performing backup roles for customer portals, coordinating training, tracking global teammate training completion, and creating/submitting invoices. The role requires strong computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, the ability to learn internal systems, manage multiple tasks, and possess excellent organizational and planning abilities. The candidate should be flexible, have strong communication and listening skills, be able to compose correspondence with minimal guidance, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Executive Assistance / Support to the Corporate Quality Leadership Team and site Quality teams.
  • Complete monthly quality reports, i.e. BIC/MQR, Sr. Ops, Quarterly BOD, which will require internal, & customer data management as well as interface with all identified customer champions.
  • Gathering data for these reports but also validating the data is logical and accurate.
  • Maintain / Update IATF and OPEX SharePoint, perform backup role for customer portals, coordinate on-site training courses and track global quality teammate training completion.
  • Create and submit invoices to accounts payable.
