Requirements

• Must be a current team member at this facility or complex.
• Must have three (3) points or fewer on the UKG attendance policy and maintain three (3) points or fewer to remain in their position.
• Candidates must complete their 90-day probationary period to be eligible.
• No suspension in the previous 12 months will be considered.
• Hourly Applicants ONLY.
