About The Position
Team member assists with driving hogs to the kill floor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Any position that requires team members to handle live animals has to have a minimum of 6-month seniority. Attendance Requirement Update With the new UKG attendance policy update, employees must have three (3) points or fewer and maintain three (3) points or fewer to remain in their position. Any suspension in the previous 12 months will not be considered. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only. Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner.
