About The Position

The CNC Tube Fabricator will adjust and operate CNC machines in the CNC tube fabrication cell, which could include lasers and tube benders. This role is responsible for ensuring parts are produced according to print and process specifications, adhering to all safety rules, performing operator preventive maintenance, producing quality workmanship, and maintaining good housekeeping in and around the work area. Completion of associated paperwork and record keeping is also required. Responsibilities and tasks may change as determined by the needs of the company.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in using a variety of Windows software on a computer, must be able to demonstrate this ability.
Core skills training in basic shop math, measuring tools and blueprint reading or demonstrated equivalent knowledge is required.

Nice To Haves

3+ years of experience in tube fabrication/bending preferred.
Experience in using a variety of Windows software on a computer, must be able to demonstrate this ability.
Experience or demonstrated abilities in basic machining, laser cutting, and CNC turning.

Responsibilities

Run CNC tube bending equipment.
Properly utilize and operate appropriate material handling equipment.
Operate any auxiliary machines as assigned.
Responsible for own set-ups and inspection of parts produced.
Producing parts made to print and process specifications.
Responsible for all safety rules, operator preventive maintenance, producing quality workmanship, and for good housekeeping in and around the work area.
Completion of all associated paperwork and record keeping as required.
