About The Position

The CNC Tube Fabricator will adjust and operate CNC machines in the CNC tube fabrication cell, which could include lasers and tube benders. This role is responsible for running CNC tube bending equipment, properly utilizing and operating appropriate material handling equipment, and operating any auxiliary machines as assigned. The fabricator will be responsible for their own set-ups and inspection of parts produced, ensuring parts are made to print and process specifications. Key responsibilities include adhering to all safety rules, performing operator preventive maintenance, producing quality workmanship, maintaining good housekeeping in and around the work area, and completing all associated paperwork and record keeping as required. Responsibilities and tasks may change as determined by the needs of the company.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in using a variety of Windows software on a computer, must be able to demonstrate this ability.
Experience or demonstrated abilities in basic machining, laser cutting, and CNC turning.
Core skills training in basic shop math, measuring tools and blueprint reading or demonstrated equivalent knowledge is required.

Nice To Haves

3+ years of experience in tube fabrication/bending preferred.
