About The Position

CNC Sheet Metal Fabricator at The Toro Company: To adjust and operate computer numerically controlled machines relating to sheet metal fabrication which could include lasers and press brakes.

Requirements

HS diploma or equivalent required.
3 or more years of proven sheet metal/press brake experience.
Experience or demonstrated abilities in basic machining.
Experience or applicable technical training in tool and die, or demonstrated abilities.

Responsibilities

Program nest (using CAD or CAM software) and produce all sheet metal parts produced in laser cutting machines.
Set up and run CNC press brake.
Monitor sheet metal cell workload and ensure that all prototype parts are produced on time according to the schedule.
Utilize and operate proper material handling equipment.
Ensure that all parts produced in sheet metal cell meet print and process specifications through in-process parts inspections.
Responsible for all training given within the sheet metal cell.
