About The Position

Carpenter & Paterson, Inc. is hiring a full-time CNC Operator to operate its Peddinghaus Plate Processor and Laser Cutting Table. The position is suited to someone with CNC machining experience and an interest in precision fabrication. The company manufactures and distributes pipe hangers and supports for commercial and industrial applications.

Requirements

• Experience operating CNC plasma and laser cutting equipment.
• Strong CNC machining skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Familiarity with steel fabrication processes.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Peddinghaus plate processing system and laser cutting table.
• Interpret blueprints and CAD files to perform accurate cutting and drilling.
• Make CNC programming adjustments and troubleshoot machine issues.
• Ensure quality standards and maintain a safe work environment.
