Requirements

1 to 3 years of CNC experience or 3 to 5 years of manufacturing experience
Strong attention to detail
A safety first mindset
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment
Flexibility to cross train and learn new skills

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience is a plus, or we'll help you become certified

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC router equipment safely and efficiently
Read production schedules and job specifications
Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
Use measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers
Package finished products for shipment
Operate material handling equipment including jib cranes, conveyors, and lift tables
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Support other production areas through cross training
