About The Position

The CNC Programmer at CONAX TECHNOLOGIES LLC is responsible for developing and optimizing CNC programs to ensure efficient and precise machining processes. This role is crucial in enhancing production capabilities and maintaining high-quality standards in manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC programming, setup, and operation.
• Proven experience with CAD/CAM software and CNC machinery.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a precision machining setting.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming languages, such as G-code.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CNC equipment and processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with team members and other departments.
• Must be able to meet U.S. export control requirements (ITAR/EAR) to gain access to technical data.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree or vocational training in CNC programming, manufacturing technology, or a related field preferred.
