About The Position

Dynomax, Inc. is expanding and seeking a dedicated CNC Programmer for a programming-focused role. The position is dedicated to CNC programming 100% of the time and is not a machinist role. The programmer will create programs for complex parts from blueprints in an aerospace tooling and small-run production environment, using new state-of-the-art CNC machines. The role involves working closely with process engineers and machine operators to ensure quality parts. Requirements

• Experience programming with Mastercam or NX.
• Familiarity with speeds and feeds for exotic materials.
• Strong understanding of GD&T.
• Knowledge of G-code and M-code.
• Ability to work successfully with a team.
• Experience with CNC programming for 3-axis and/or 5-axis milling using Mastercam 2022 or NX 2206 or later versions.

Nice To Haves

• NX modeling experience.
• Aerospace, automotive, and/or mold and tool background.

Responsibilities

• Program complex parts from blueprints for 3-axis and/or 5-axis milling.
• Create tool sheets and setup instructions for each CNC program.
• Perform macro programming for Fanuc, Siemens, and Heidenhain controls.
• Read prints and maintain close-tolerance dimensional quality.
• Work with process engineers and machine operators to ensure quality parts.
