Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and optimize CNC machine programs using CAD/CAM software.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and 3D models to develop accurate machining programs.
• Determine appropriate tooling, machining sequences, feeds, speeds, and cutting parameters.
• Set up machines and support implementation of new or revised programs.
• Perform test runs, verify program accuracy, and inspect finished parts for compliance with quality standards.
• Troubleshoot programming and machining issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and production personnel to meet schedules and production goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve machining processes, reduce setup time, and minimize waste.
