About The Position

VEKA, a national leader in the vinyl extrusion industry, is accepting applications for a CNC Programmer. The role is responsible for updating accurate geometry and providing CNC code. The schedule coverage may vary.

Requirements

• High knowledge of geometry and CAD systems.
• Excellent knowledge of CNC machining and programming.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities through strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Accountability, assertiveness, dependability, a team-oriented mindset, and responsiveness.
• High school diploma or equivalent, CAD tech school, or previous work experience.

Nice To Haves

• In-depth knowledge of extrusion tool technology.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Espirit.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain CAD geometry.
• Write code for CNC equipment.
• Communicate with machine operators, fine tuners, and the design group.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
