About The Position

This role involves programming, setting up, and operating HAAS CNC machines to fabricate parts according to specifications. The ideal candidate will be able to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T requirements. Responsibilities also include performing regular maintenance on machines, conducting quality checks on finished products, troubleshooting machining issues, and collaborating with team members to improve processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with a strong understanding of machining processes.
• Proficiency in using power tools and other machining equipment.
• Familiarity with programming CNC machines is essential
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read technical documents accurately.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining tasks.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Program, Set up and operate HAAS CNC Machine, to fabricate parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) requirements.
• Conduct regular maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform quality checks on finished products using basic math skills to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments as needed during the production process.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.
