About The Position
IB-Tech is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/Operator to program, set up, and operate Haas CNC milling equipment while producing high-quality precision components. The starting pay is $25 per hour, with pay based on experience.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of CNC programming and machining experience.
- Strong blueprint and GD&T reading skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to use precision measuring tools.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- Haas CNC mill experience.
- Fanuc controls experience.
- Excel skills.
Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and operate Haas CNC mills.
- Create and modify CNC programs.
- Read blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings.
- Perform machine setups and tooling changes.
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools.
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
- Maintain quality and production records.
- Support process improvements.
