About The Position

As a member of Aurex's FF�s manufacturing team, you will be at the forefront of executing our mission. As a CNC Machinist you will play a critical role in significantly impacting the company and industry.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years programming experience using cam software, Mastercam preferred
• GED required, trade school certificate a plus, or equivalent experience
• In-depth knowledge of both 3 and 5-axis mills , Lathe experience
• Ability to hold close dimensional tolerances .0002-.002
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with ISO9001 and AS9100 requirements

Nice To Haves

• A passion and aptitude for learning, along with a great work ethic
• Experience in aerospace prototype machining
• Mastercam experience
• Experience with Dmg Mori and Okuma machines
• Ability to program and operate both mills and lathes
• Experience in an AS9100 and/or ISO9000-certified production environment

Responsibilities

• Designing fixtures
• Interpreting aerospace prints with a high amount of GD&T
• Producing conforming parts to specifications within the required time frame while maintaining all quality standards
• Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
