About The Position
Mechanical Dynamics & Analysis LLC (MD&A) is looking for an experienced CNC Programmer Machinist to join our Repairs Division in Euclid, Ohio. Requirements
- Proven experience with CAD/CAM software (preferably Autodesk Inventor and Gibbscam).
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and write G-code.
- Expertise in selecting precise speeds, feeds, and tooling for exotic metals, steel, and aluminum.
- Sharp troubleshooting skills and high attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Generate program code using CAM software (Gibbscam) and run advanced simulations.
- Analyze blueprints, engineering instructions, and GD&T to calculate dimensions and select tooling grades.
- Develop work-holding fixtures and optimize programs to increase efficiency and safety.
- Set up, test, and observe CNC machines during trial runs to eliminate programming errors.
