Requirements
- A minimum of 3 to 5+ years of complex machining and programming experience with CNCs
- Strong background with 5-axis equipment
- Well-versed in programming utilizing Mastercam
- Accustomed to holding close tolerances
- Seasoned in interpreting blueprints
Responsibilities
- Set up, program, troubleshoot and manage the operation of CNC equipment
- Optimize machinery performance
- Maintain the schedule and ensure Operators are completing their work on time
- Design and produce fixtures
- Ensure 100% tolerances of finished products are maintained per the blueprints
