About The Position

The CNC Operator operates CNC mills and lathes to produce high-quality parts according to specifications. The role involves preparing machines, monitoring production, and inspecting finished components to ensure they meet quality requirements. The position is for the 1st shift, 5:15 a.m. to 1:45 p.m., in Olive Branch, Mississippi.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience operating CNC machinery.
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools such as calipers.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and math skills.
• Attention to detail and a results-driven approach.

• Certificate or diploma from a trade school.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate CNC machines for tasks such as drilling and milling.
• Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Load raw materials and parts onto machines.
• Perform test runs and adjust settings to meet specifications.
• Monitor machine operations and adjust for optimal results.
• Inspect and measure finished products for accuracy and quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and daily equipment checks.
• Maintain accurate job logs, routers, and related documentation.
• Keep work areas clean and organized in compliance with safety standards.
• Support team scheduling, training, and workflow coordination as needed.
