About The Position
SPIROL is a global manufacturer seeking a CNC Operator for their 2nd shift in Danielson, Connecticut. The company provides engineered metal fasteners for various industries, including automotive, aerospace, and green energy. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating single and multi-spindle automatic screw machines. This role also involves performing repairs and routine maintenance on machinery, and participating in capability studies and continuous improvement activities. You will be part of a team dedicated to producing high-quality parts.
Requirements
- Previous work experience with automatic screw machines (single or multi-use)
- High mechanical aptitude
- Proficiency in using precision measuring devices and gages
- High School diploma (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated manufacturing experience
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
