CNC Operator- 2nd Shift
About The Position
SPIROL is a global manufacturer with a world-class approach to people, process, and product. They work with customers to help them succeed in various industries, including automobiles, hand and power tools, aerospace, and green energy, by providing engineered metal fasteners. SPIROL is currently seeking a CNC Operator for the 2nd shift to join their team in Danielson, Connecticut. In this role, the operator will be responsible for setting up and operating single and multi-spindle automatic screw machines, performing repairs and routine maintenance on machinery, and participating in capability studies and continuous improvement activities. The position offers the opportunity to join a talented team of passionate employees.
Requirements
- High School diploma (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated manufacturing experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Proficiency at using precision measuring devices and gages
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Previous work experience with automatic screw machines (single or multi-use)
Responsibilities
- Setting up and operating single and multi-spindle automatic screw machines
- Performing repairs and routine maintenance on machinery
- Participating in capability studies and other continuous improvement activities
