Advance CNC Machining is a growing precision manufacturing company looking for a CNC Operator to join our 2nd shift team. We are looking for someone who is dependable, consistent, focused, and accountable. Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to read blueprints and understand basic GD&T
• Experience with precision measurement tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Nice To Haves

• CNC machining, machine operation, mechanical, maintenance, or manufacturing experience is a plus
• Experience with 4-5 axis Makino machines is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate Makino 4- and 5-axis CNC machining centers, many with automation
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, tolerances, and CMM reports
• Load materials, change tools, and make offsets
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, CMMs, and other precision measuring equipment
• Complete production and inspection documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
