CNC Machinist Off Shift - $5,000 Sign-on bonus

Advance CNC Machining is looking for experienced CNC Machinists who take pride in producing high-quality precision parts and doing things the right way. We're looking for more than technical skill. Requirements
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and CMM data, including GD&T.
- Proficiency with precision measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and more.
- Solid mechanical aptitude with a problem-solver mindset.
- Excellent communication skills —able to collaborate with programmers, quality inspectors, and fellow machinists.
- A proactive, self-driven work style with the ability to complete tasks with minimal direction.
Nice To Haves
- Experience operating 4-5 axis Makino machines is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to understand part geometry, features, and tolerances.
- Operating multiple Makino 4 & 5-Axis CNC milling machine centers, many with the help of automation.
- Loading raw materials, securing workpieces, changing tools, and making offsets for efficient and accurate machining.
- Inspecting and measuring finished parts using calipers, micrometers, CMM, and other precision tools.
- Reviewing and understanding CMM reports to verify dimensional accuracy.
- Completing inspection and production reports to ensure documentation and workflow accuracy.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
