CNC Operator I- 2nd Shift
About The Position
VAL-CO is a leader in commercial poultry, egg, and swine production equipment. Operating under the name Vallorbs, our Bird in Hand facility has specialized in custom Swiss Screw and CNC precision machining for over 70 years. Vallorbs has grown to envelop diverse industries including nuclear, agriculture, medical, and dental. We pride ourselves on manufacturing high quality products in the USA and supporting our local communities through stewardship efforts and volunteer hours. We are currently looking for a Full-Time 2nd shift CNC Operator. Little to no experience is needed and training will be provided for all CNC Operators. Requirements
- Little to no experience is needed and training will be provided for all CNC Operators.
Responsibilities
- Operating production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
- Ensuring machines are maintained for highest level of productivity
- Performing in-process inspection on components being produced
- Consulting the supervisor or lead person for assistance if uncertain how to proceed
- Ensuring proper housekeeping and safety of designated production area
- Performing machine adjustments when needed

- Pay starting at $18/hour
- $1.50 shift differential
- PTO eligibility after 90 days
