About The Position
CNC Manufacturing is seeking CNC Machine Operators for their facility in Coatesville, PA. This is an industry-leading expert in precision machining for defense and aerospace industries. The facility is climate-controlled and equipped with advanced machining and quality control equipment. CNC Manufacturing values diversity and employs several armed services veterans. Openings are available on first and second shifts, for both entry-level and skilled candidates. The company is looking for individuals with a strong mechanical background, a willingness to learn, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Read and understand blueprints and job instructions
- Understand raw stock identification and preparation
- Run jobs as programmed with the ability to change/adjust machine offsets
- Modify tooling for job use
- Understand safe positions, absolute-machine-relative coordinates
- Understand X+/-, Y+/-, C+/- and B+/-
- Perform SPC (Statistical Process Control) measurements
- Perform basic maintenance on machine and fixtures
- Maintain a clean, organized, & safe work area; comply with all Safety and ISO standards
- Communicate well, follow instructions, and be responsible for personal performance
- Other Level 2 operator duties as required
