About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Mill Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications and drawings. Experience with HAAS controls is a plus but not required.

Requirements

• Previous CNC milling experience required
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong math skills, including metric-to-standard conversions
• Experience working with round bar materials
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work flexible hours, including extended shifts and occasional Saturdays

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with HAAS controls is a plus
• Basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance knowledge
• Strong work ethic and dependability

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce parts to specification
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Measure, cut, and machine round bar material according to job requirements
• Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Convert metric dimensions to standard (imperial) measurements as needed
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
