Operate computer numerical control (CNC) machines, including mills and lathes, to fabricate precision parts. This role requires interpreting part drawings or job instructions, executing setups, fabricating components, and performing inspections with accuracy and efficiency. The machinist must be capable of independently handling all setups, understanding machine controls, and conducting basic programming. Employees will receive on-the-job training and be certified to operate a forklift as part of their role. Conduct secondary operations such as drilling, tapping, and deburring. Complete all job paperwork and inspection reports accurately and thoroughly. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
