CNC Manufacturing Engineer
About The Position
The CNC Manufacturing Engineer will define and control production processes, including tooling and equipment. This role involves validating design specifications and the shop floor application of new products, tools, or equipment. The engineer will develop and maintain manufacturing methods to support safety, delivery, cost (SQDC) priorities, and gain in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. This position requires understanding key business drivers and how their work integrates with other teams. The role involves using judgment to propose solutions outside of set parameters with guidance, and solving straightforward tasks using prior experience and on-the-job training. The individual contributor will possess proven interpersonal and time management skills, participate in monthly Lean Kaizen events, support New Product Introduction, and support CNC processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of manufacturing or operations experience).
- Minimum of 1 year of CNC experience
- Must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must be able to work 100% onsite in Bangor, Maine.

Responsibilities
- Define and control production process including tooling and equipment.
