About The Position

We are seeking a skilled CNC Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This role involves optimizing CNC machining processes, developing CAM programs, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining, a solid understanding of engineering principles, and a desire to grow within the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of CNC machining experience.
• 2+ years using Fusion 360 for CAM programming.
• Experience with tooling management.
• Experience with machine maintenance planning.
• Strong understanding of GD&T.
• Strong understanding of blueprint interpretation.
• Self-starter.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Strong communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with JobBoss ERP.
• Familiarity with Esprit CAM.
• Desire to grow into a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC machining programs using Fusion 360.
• Implement and manage tooling strategies.
• Plan and oversee machine maintenance schedules.
• Interpret blueprints and apply GD&T principles.
• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
