About The Position

Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a CNC Machinist or Manual Machinist. This role involves applying safe working methods, setting up and operating various CNC machines, machining to OEM specifications while maintaining tight tolerances, and performing associated functions for continuous machine operation. The position also requires operating overhead cranes/jib cranes, grinders, hand tools, and precision measurement tools, maintaining job skills and knowledge, and keeping the work area, equipment, and records audit-ready. Collaboration with team members on standard work procedures and performing other assigned job-related tasks are also key responsibilities.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years as a CNC machinist or Manual Machinist
Use of fine motor skills
Use of hand tools
Work in awkward positions and in tight spaces including forward reach, lateral reach, squat, overhead reaching, twisting, and forward head and rotation of neck
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Computer skills
Ability to read prints and use gauges for quality inspection

Nice To Haves

Technical school or certification in related discipline preferred

Responsibilities
