About The Position

Lincoln Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a qualified CNC Maintenance Mechanic to perform maintenance functions for CNC and lathe equipment and machinery. The position is responsible for keeping company machinery and equipment in working order through routine preventative maintenance and installation of new or replacement equipment to support productivity and safety. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.

Requirements

• Must be a qualified maintenance mechanic.
• Must provide their own tools.
• Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and install CNC milling machines, lathe turning machines, band saws, air compressors, and mobile equipment.
• Perform electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical repairs.
• Perform scheduled preventative and predictive maintenance.
• Complete building repairs, including plumbing and general repairs.
• Set up and install new equipment.
• Assist in developing and building new equipment, such as assembly machines, special fixtures, and production support equipment.
• Perform special assignments as delegated.
