About The Position

A manufacturing facility in Kilgore, TX is seeking experienced CNC Machinists and CNC Programmers to join their team. This role involves operating CNC lathes and milling machines, fabricating parts from raw materials, and working with FANUC CNC systems. The position requires the ability to read and interpret blueprints, use precision measuring instruments, and perform routine maintenance on equipment. Collaboration with engineers and team members to troubleshoot production issues is also a key aspect of the role. A clean, safe, and organized work environment is expected.

Requirements

• CNC/Lathe experience is required
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong communication skills (email, phone, and in person)
• Must be able to pass a nationwide background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• HAAS experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes and milling machines to fabricate parts from raw materials
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Use precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges
• Set up and operate multiple CNC machines efficiently
• Work with FANUC CNC systems (HAAS experience is a plus)
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment
• Troubleshoot production issues with engineers and team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
