Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of CNC machining experience or certificate in machining
- Intermediate math skills (i.e. trigonometry, geometry, etc.).
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficient reading, writing, oral communication and comprehension in English language.
- Basic blueprint reading.
- Basic inspection skills.
- Basic understanding of GD&T.
Responsibilities
- Operate, adjust, and maintain CNC machines (Mills, Lathes, and/or Swiss) to produce precision components.
- Read technical drawings.
- Select appropriate tooling.
- Make machine adjustments.
- Inspect parts.
- Ensure products meet specified quality and dimensional requirements.
- Ability to run multiple machines.
- Ability to operate CMM.
- Ability to machine tight tolerances.
- Ability to work with multiple machine controls.
