About The Position

The CNC Machinist plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process, using machining expertise to produce high-quality components with precision and efficiency. The role involves setting up and operating CNC equipment, ensuring output meets specifications, and supporting production quality and workflow improvements. Pay is $20–$30 per hour or more, depending on experience level. Applicants must be U.S. citizens.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming and machine setup.
• Ability to use precision measuring tools and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Knowledge or proficiency in GD&T, equipment troubleshooting, CNC tooling troubleshooting, CNC programming, G-code, M-code, and machine setups for production runs.

Nice To Haves

• Technical degree or certification in machining preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and consistency of output.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and workflows.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies.
• Document production data and report discrepancies or issues to management.
