About The Position

We are a well-established, state-of-the-art manufacturing organization specializing in precision machining for the aerospace and gas turbine industries. Since the 1980s, we have grown into a trusted supplier for major turbine engine OEMs, producing critical components used in aviation and power generation applications. Our facility provides full-service manufacturing solutions for complex, high-performance alloy components. From legacy production to new product introductions (NPI), we partner closely with engineering teams to meet exacting quality standards. We foster a team-oriented, cross-functional work environment, where employees are trained not only in their primary role but also in supporting functions across the operation. We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join our growing team on both 1st and 2nd shifts. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-precision components while meeting quality and production targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of CNC machining experience
• Strong ability to set up and operate CNC machines independently
• Experience with G & M code
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Nice To Haves

• 4+ years of CNC machining experience
• Experience with Fanuc, Mitsubishi, or Okuma controls
• Experience with 3, 4, and 5-axis machining
• Familiarity with ERP systems and production tracking

Responsibilities

• Perform proper setup of CNC machines (3, 4, and 5-axis)
• Run first-piece inspections and verify product quality
• Collaborate with quality inspection teams before production runs
• Operate machines to meet KPI and production targets
• Adjust or coordinate program changes as needed
• Accurately document production data in ERP systems
• Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Maintain quality standards throughout the machining process
