About The Position

The CNC Machinist will set up, operate, and troubleshoot Horizontal Machining Centers (HMCs) to manufacture precision components in a high-mix, low-volume environment. The role involves producing quality parts to tight tolerances, resolving machining challenges, and helping improve processes while working with advanced machining equipment. The machinist performs tooling changes, fixture setups, work-offset adjustments, first-piece inspections, and in-process inspections. The role also involves interpreting blueprints, GD&T, and manufacturing specifications; adjusting tooling and machine offsets; monitoring tool life; maintaining accurate production and inspection documentation; collaborating with Engineering, Quality, and Production; and keeping the work area clean, safe, and organized. This is a first-shift position, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime available. Weekly competitive pay and benefits starting on the first day are offered.
